  Sadly McQueen did not win the Piston Cup finals. Instead, he helped someone who needed help. If he had just driven past King and won the race it would have made his trip to Radiator Springs purposeless. His trip to the springs helped him realize that winning is not everything, sometimes you have to do the thing that is right, instead of the thing you want to do. I am very proud of Lighting McQueen deciding to help King, because it showed that he learned something, something meaningful to him.
